Solar Plexus Chakra Activation: We'll incorporate poses such as Boat Pose (Navasana), Warrior Poses (Virabhadrasana), and Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) to stimulate and balance the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Meditation: Guided meditation will help you connect with your inner fire, promoting feelings of empowerment and motivation.
