Join us for a magical and transformative sunset experience, where we blend somatic work, ancestral rituals, and expressive movement to reconnect with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural rhythms around us. An evening designed to heal, energize, and awaken.
Part 1 — Breathwork & Ice Bath (3pm–5:30pm)
Guided by Stefano Bonnano, this first session will activate your body and mind through conscious breathing and cold exposure.
You will experience:
Transformational Breathwork to release emotional blockages, regulate your nervous system, and elevate mental clarity.
