About the event
Join us for a nourishing evening of voice, movement, and embodied expression guided by FLOWA — a multifaceted Italian-Argentinian opera singer, sound traveller, and vocal educator. Through her powerful voice and eclectic live sets of world music, FLOWA creates spaces of deep reconnection, presence, and authentic expression.
This experience is a journey through sound and movement, where voice becomes a bridge to the body, and movement becomes a meditation. You’re invited to explore your own expression in a safe, playful, and grounding container — no previous singing or dance experience needed.
